“Josué de Castro empieza a problematizar el tema del hambre contra los planteos dominantes desde principios de 1800 que decían que el tema del hambre era consecuencia de un exceso de población. Este médico comienza a plantear la existencia de un problema de desigualdad, de distribución y que nos han designado roles de autocultivo –léase que hoy producimos básicamente soja-, y esto lleva al empobrecimiento”, dijo el Dr. Hugo Spinelli, Director del Instituto de Salud Colectiva de la UNLa.
